Horrible How do I Contact apple to get my $ back

Broken

Crashes constantly. I have already tried all the usual solutions. Reboot. Delete/Reinstall. I even tried it on my wifes phone and my iPod Touch. I have plenty of free space on all devices. It just doesnt work. Avoid at all cost! (Developer: I would like my money back please.)

Problems Problems

Every time I open the app it just quits. I havent been able to use it at all. Not sure why but Id like money back too.

WORKS GREAT, AND FLASH FUNCTION IS AMAZING

i was looking for a slow shutter / long exposure app, and this one hits the nail right on the head. perfect for situations where u want a flash for extra light, high resolution fast and you can also to the picture if you dont like how it looks and wants to add more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. thank you so much for this app its AWESOME.

Looked promising… turned out to be horrible

Yeah, this is a terrible app. The photos are very low quality and there is so much banding in the colors and shading that the pictures look terrible. A definite do not purchase.

Lights!

This is definately made to get that tracer effect from lights, & it does that perfectly. Great interface! (note, do not buy if youre looking just for "long exposure", this is more for light painting!)

Fun app

Awesome for the price and the new updates doubles the amount of features!

Waste of money

Dont waste your money!!!

Love the app!!!

Hey it is real great love the app does what it suppose too. Time to get it too work on the iPad now. So please update.

Awful.=

Im very disappointed. Very expensive app that gives horrible results. White screen with just a few faded lines even when I shot very dark street scenes. Ive never written a review but Im so disappointed that I paid so much for a grossly inferior app.

Dont buy took worse photos then std camera

Look elsewhere

Love It!

To those leaving bad reviews please remember your idevice is not real film, nor a $5,000 digital camera. This app does a great job of combining digital frames onto simulated long exposures. Its just plain different than film and can provide some spectacular results. It will never give a great picture under extrem low light situations. It states in the very first sentence of the description "Not a Night Camera". Its not the fault of the app, its the camera limitations. Please watch the demonstration videos before leaving bad reviews. Read the perfect and easy to understand online manuals. There are plenty of free long shutter apps out there that will just stack frames until the noise overwhelms the picture into junk. This app requires a bit of experimentation and has many adjustments for a "gadget kind of guy" like me. I just love it!

Shoot me please

After buying this app all I could think about was how stupid I felt and how I need to be shanked or shot directly into the face!!!

Useless.

Crashed every time I tried to use it. I couldnt get it to work.

Reliable motion-blur camera

This app gets a bad rap, due to the fact that many people have purchased it thinking Magic Shutter is a bona fide long-exposure camera app — that is, that it is capable of taking in light via slow shutter speeds like a traditional film or digital camera. However, this is not the case. Magic Shutter replicates the blurry, dreamy quality of long exposure photographs by replicating motion blur. It takes a series of photos and overlays them, with moving lights and objects appearing as a blur. And to that end, Magic Shutter works like a charm. A note: you NEED a tripod or a very sturdy support for this app to work effectively. If you hand-hold the iPhone while taking a photo, everything is going to come out blurry. Using a tripod will ensure that motionless objects remain sharp, and moving objects dont. I like that this app supports the iPhone 5 screen, and outputs out a very good resolution when "Best Quality" mode is selected. This is a feature sorely missing in similar apps, and I am thankful to the developers for paying attention to this. Who should use buy this app? This is a great app for landscape and art photographers who are used to using traditional photographic mediums to capture movement — not light! This is not so good for portraiture or day-to-day photography, unless a blurry subject is what youre purposefully shooting for. Absolutely worth the purchase for my purposes!

Amazing app

Did exactly what I wanted it to do. Great for light graffiti.

Terrible.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Horrible app, I dont recommend this at all!! Not worth it!

Save your money

This is by far the worse app I own. I cannot even take one picture before it crashes. I am on 4S iOS7 .... Save your money.

Wrong aspect ratio

App does have full resolution but AR is wrong for iPhone 5 it should be 4:3 not 16:9, so you lose some of pixels. Please fix or refund.

Terrible app ever. Update tutorial and app

This app is the worse camera app. Im a professional photographer and bought this app because I forgot my memory card for our trip so I decided to take pics with my iPhone 5s. The built in camera app is way better than this app. I decided to take a risk cause therere no reviews but it looked good. Refund please. I was reading through the tutorial (which is not in the app but online) and it only shows old pics before the update and it looks like its better for the 3GS, 4, and maybe 4s. Its too difficult to use and it doesnt take nice pics. Dont waste your time and money!!!!
